Having a love of technology from an early age, Cashem Lateif Holland, affectionately known as CA$H, followed his passion for providing technological solutions to the masses.  After obtaining his CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certifications, Cashem decided to offer inexpensive computer repair services to those in need. While living in New York City, he spent a substantial amount of time diagnosing, fixing, reloading and formatting systems to alleviate the issues experienced by customers. Cashem began offering services to friends and family at a discounted rate.  Thereafter, he began promoting to local individuals and businesses who desired solutions to their technological issues.  In order to provide for his family, he sold laptops to neighbors and offered future repair services.  His entrepreneurial spirit was ever present and success was to continue on a grander scale.

Upon relocation to New Jersey, CA$H decided to make his services readily available; thereby, expanding the business.  This required more than mere self-employment.  It was time for him to become a business owner.  The company, Dredtech Computation, was registered in September of 2011.   Cashem has been growing the business since then.  Dredtech not only offers computer repair but website design, computer sales and search engine optimization as well. The company focuses on technological solutions.  Although the main computer repair location is in New Jersey, Cashem has been offering mobile services since the company’s inception.  Today, Dredtech Computation services customers in NY, NJ, CT and PA as well as parts of NC.

Cashem has an Associates of Science in Accounting in addition to a Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Management of Information Technology, Business Analytics and Entrepreneurship.  He has expanded the business to encompass his various fields of expertise.  Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Dredtech Computation, he continues to have an active role in the company.
